A turnê de "Violent Revolution" foi toda registrada e passou, inclusive, pelo Brasil, em 2002, quando a banda veio acompanhada do Destruction.
Vetterli saiu da banda pouco antes do início das gravações do mais novo trabalho. Mille recrutou o guitarrista finlandês Yli-Sirniö, que já havia substituído Vetterli temporariamente quando o ex-guitarrista havia machucado uma das mãos. Com o novo membro, o Kreator entrou em estúdio para gravar "Violent Revolution", álbum lançado em 2001 e que retoma as raízes da banda, mantendo algumas característica dos CDs mais recentes.

O Kreator surgiu em 1984, ainda com o nome de Tormentor, em Essen, na Alemanha, e sua formação original era composta por Milan "Mille" Petrozza (guitarra e vocal), Rob Fioretti (baixo) e Jörgen "Ventor" Reil (bateria).
Em 1995, após o lançamento de "Cause For Conflict". Gosdzik deixou o grupo e, para o seu lugar, Mille chamou Tommy Vetterli (Ex-Coroner). Além dele, o líder do Kreator conseguiu garantir o retorno de Ventor para a bateria.

Acabam de chegar aos pontos de venda os ingressos para a sexta edição do festival Brasil Metal Union (BMU 2006), que desta vez será realizado em única data, 19 de agosto (sábado), a partir das 14h, no Espaço das Américas (metrô Barra Funda), na capital de São Paulo/SP.

O ingresso antecipado para o maior festival dedicado ao Heavy Metal nacional do Brasil, tem valor promocional de apenas R$30, que pode ser adquirido em qualquer ponto de venda oficial.
